Balakumar A
With over 35 years of experience in various MNCs in India and abroad, A.Balakumar worked with reputed organizations such as ABB, Motorola, TYCO International, Bharti Airtel, and NXP among others. Starting in a Projects team and working across regions and organizations, he grew to head SCM as VP for Asia and Eastern Europe. He returned to India as Senior VP (SCM) for a leading mobile operator. He had also headed the healthcare business, handled business development for SE Asia, and served in the Boards of different organizations.
He is passionate about coaching young start-ups, sharing experiences with students, counselling, and enabling businesses to accelerate achievement and meet their strategic goals. He is also actively involved with an NGO supporting girl child's education in Bangalore. A Balakumar is currently with a start-up as an investor, promoter and facilitator. CSR strategic consultation, imparting supply chain skill sets continue to remain his primary focus.

VN is a Mechanical Engineer with a Post-Graduation in Maintenance Engineering. He also holds a master's degree in Engineering Management and a PG in Computer applications . Until recently VN was the President-IT & Chief Digital Officer – of M/ s Ashok Leyland having been with them for nearly 22 years involved in many great milestones of M/S Ashok Leyland.
With a keen eye on details and latest technologies catalysed by his experience of having interacted /facilitated many global Consulting /implementation Companies & initiatives he is passionate about Consulting /sharing his knowledge to Industries & turning them around along with team Jayam SCM Consultants.
