Dr. Vasudevan is a Mentor, Strategic Management Consultant for corporate organisations and handles training for different organisations and institutions – with four decades of combined professional work experience in Central Government, Corporates and Academic Institutions. His expertise includes preparation of business plans, extensive project reports, valuation reports that enable funding, expansion, acquisitions, mergers, investment or disinvestment.
Core qualifications and skills include Strategic Planning & Management, Finance, Accounting, Costing & Pricing, Entrepreneurship including Family Managed Business, Business Development, Skill Development, Training & Mentoring.

Suresh Balasubramanian
Mr Suresh is an advisor to Jayam SCM and brings a combination of practical hands-on experience combined with industry leading talent development expertise to help teams and executives with their learning & development journey.
He has held senior executive roles (including CEO roles) at several Silicon Valley technology startups as well as Fortune 100 companies like Adobe, Silicon Graphics and AMD.
Suresh has deep hands-on experience in running engineering, marketing, product roles and has built global marketing teams from the ground up in 15 countries. Suresh has recruited, mentored and promoted exceptional talent in key functional areas within an organization. Suresh advises early. stage startups and industry consulting groups amongst other activities.
